  • Customers acknowledge that all items submitted are used footwear.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:
  • Worn soles
  • Loose glue
  • Cracked materials
  • Fabric deterioration
  • Shoes in fragile condition may deteriorate further during cleaning.
  • Certain materials are delicate and may react unpredictably to cleaning processes, including:
  • Suede
  • Leather
  • Mesh
  • Dyed fabrics
  • By using our service, you acknowledge the risk of:
  • Color fading or bleeding
  • Shrinkage
  • Warping or deformation
  • Glue weakening or separation
  • We do not guarantee preservation of original color or texture.
  • Not all stains can be removed.
  • Some stains may become more visible after cleaning.
  • We do not guarantee “like new” results.
  • Our service is not recommended for brand new footwear.
  • We do not guarantee outcomes for new, rare, collectible, or high-value items.
  • We are not responsible for loss of market or resale value.
  • We are not liable for damage resulting from normal cleaning and/or sanitizing processes.
  • In cases of proven negligence, liability is limited to:
  • The cost of the cleaning service, or
  • A partial compensation at our discretion.
  • We are not responsible for the full replacement value of any item.
  • While we take reasonable care, we are not responsible for loss due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Claims must be made within [24–72 hours] of delivery.
  • Customers must inspect items upon delivery.
  • Claims made after the specified period will not be accepted.
  • Our service is for cleaning purposes only and does not guarantee medical sterilization.
  • We do not guarantee complete elimination of bacteria, fungi, or viruses.
  • We use professional cleaning products that may contain chemicals.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
  • We reserve the right to take before-and-after photos for quality control and promotional purposes.
  • No personal customer information will be disclosed.
  • We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond our control, including:
  • Natural disasters
  • Transportation issues
